James Lamb was the cornerstone of Armagh Theatre Group.
Trustee, President, Chairman, Award winning Director, Actor, Set Builder and Barman, James treated each role with equal importance. He was meticulous and exacting, demanding a high standard from us all.
We are the richer for his presence .
Sincere condolences to Mary, Patrick and Brian and to the wider family, may his spirited soul rest in peace.
Arrangements
Lamb (Armagh) 14th April 2026, peacefully at Orchard Lodge care home, James, beloved husband of Mary and loving father to Patrick and Brian, 1 Hartford Place, The Mall, BT619BJ. James remains will be at his late home from 4pm until 8pm on Friday and 12pm until 6pm on Saturday, with the family home private on Sunday please. Removal on Sunday to St Johns Parish Church, Lisnadill for 2.30pm Service, burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard. Very deeply regretted by his wife, sons, daughters in law Laura and Linda, grandchildren Caitlin, Ally, Claire, Rory and the entire family circle.
