Abbey Lane Theatre are delighted to confirm ‘Meisceoir’ as Open Mic guests for the John Hewitt International Summer School in Armagh City this July. This talented four-piece Irish traditional music group are proud Scor Seinsuir Ulster champions for 2026. Their unique sound is created through a rich blend of banjo, bodhrán, harp, fiddle, and piano, combining driving rhythms, intricate melodies, and sensitive accompaniment. Welcome to all singers, poets, writers, musicians and storytellers this very popular Open Mic provides a chance for JHISS students to book a 5 min slot at the Market Place Theatre during the week.
